York Rotary Legacy Society
The Legacy Society was created to recognize those individuals whose estate planning includes a gift to the York Rotary Foundation. A bequest ensures that members’ wishes are carried out to make a gift to benefit York Rotary projects that are important to them.
Joining the Legacy Society is as simple as including York Rotary Foundation in your estate as a beneficiary. Completing a York Rotary Letter of Instruction allows you to let us know how to carry out your legacy. Bequests may be created by will or trust, or by beneficiary designation of retirement or life insurance.
York Rotary Foundation endows the great work of our Club by creating funds for the charitable projects of our Club’s committees, as well as in the Rotary field of interest areas: Supporting Education & Literacy, Protecting Mothers & Children, Fighting Disease, Providing Clean Water & Sanitation, Stewarding the Environment, Growing Local Economies, and Promoting Peace & Social Justice.
