We welcome back Dr. Scott Moore, Director of China Programs and Strategic Initiatives at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Moore directs Penn Global's four research and engagement fund programs, including those designed to support faculty-led projects in China, India, and Africa as well as its At-Risk Scholars Program.
His most recent book, China’s Next Act, re-envisions China’s role in the world, with a focus on sustainability and technology. He argues that these shared global challenges are reshaping China’s economy and foreign policy.
