We welcome Jay Paterno, an author, co-creator, and co-star of the show Nittany Game Week; a Penn State Trustee, and a consultant on a range of subjects from college athletics to communications to business ventures. Jay was also a college football coach for over 2 decades including stops at Virginia, Connecticut, James Madison, and Penn State. His life has been one of constantly re-evaluating and re-learning enduring leadership lessons for a lifetime. Jay will discuss these lessons as well as the monetization of student athletes through name, image, and likeness endorsements.
