Fred Walker and Anthony Moore are principals in Four Squares Development, founded a year ago to address the significant need for improving the socioeconomic conditions of York City’s historically disadvantaged neighborhoods using a holistic revitalization approach. They have engaged local businesses, non-profit organizations and academic institutions to collaboratively engage in for-profit residential development that promotes home-ownership and local employment.
Fred and Anthony are heavily involved in various ways in the community, and last spring became the first minority share-owners of the York Revolution baseball team. They most recently have formed Four Squares Construction and announced a relationship with Lowe’s to further their community partnership.
