Student Education
Selects recipients of Whiteley student loans and recipients of the Rotary Merit Scholarships (Mangold, Bush, Kranich, Diehl, Smith, Kahley, Rosenmiller, Hayes and Wagman), RCY Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students, and the new General Scholarship Fund. Monitors repayment of prior loans and fund growth.
