On Saturday April 9, 2011, more than 50 people - members of the Rotary Club of York, PA, college students, Boy Scouts, high school students and friends - spent a rather muddy couple of hours planting 50 trees in the downtown area.  The photos are a small sample of the work accomplished.

The Rotary Club of York honors young musicians from our community.  They attend a meeting and perform for the club.

The Preserve Plant Earth Committee members continued and expanded their efforts at the Rail Trail in 2008.  Together with youth from York County Juvenal Probation we cleared brush, mowed, weed whacked, mulched watered and planted annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. Our efforts this year included clearing and planting an additional 250 foot section just West of Richland Ave, thus extending our efforts beyond the original Grantly to Richland section.

The Youth Exchange committee is one of the the most active in the club.
