This committee nominates the officers, Financial Vice President and Board members. Membership is restricted to past presidents. The committee also carries out other tasks requested by the club president and board of directors. How often do we meet? We meet once or twice per year to review and vote on a new slate of officers and board members for the upcoming year. Who are the members? The committee is made up of all of the Past Presidents of our club. Are there any other duties? Occasionally the committee may take on a special assignment at the request of the club President or Board of Directors.
