Attendance Awards Retention

This committee monitors monthly attendance and encourages members to keep their attendance above 60% through incentives and personal contact by committee members.  The committee recognizes members with perfect attendance annually with a special meal and certificates.

 

What is the expected attendance requirement?

 What out of town Rotary Club could I make up when I travel?

 Go to Rotary.org.  Click on “Club Locator” in the upper right corner and type in your information.

 What is the procedure to get  a makeup credit?

If out of town, get a makeup card at your Rotary meeting.  If at a York committee meeting,  make sure your Committee Chair informs Bert about issuing makeups to all committee members who were in attendance at themeeting.
